The literary theme is a device that should always be present in every fiction story. While a book ought not to preach a message, it should always convey and communicate a message. When a theme is successfully delivered, it becomes the real power of a fiction piece. For that reason, readers remember a book because of the heartfelt messages they receive. You can mold one’s thinking by reinforcing cultural values, social issues, life lessons, and the like. So think of encompassing a message as an opportunity to share your thoughts, beliefs, and principles in life.

My poetry is a result of my life experiences, as well as those of my family and close friends. I grew up in the close-knit community of Twin Lake, MI, which was referred to as the “country”. I attended Whitehall schools, growing up during a time when the saying “it takes a village to raise a child” wasn’t just a saying. I currently reside in Muskegon, MI with my husband of 14 years, Robert Dye. I have a blended family, which consists of 3 daughters, 2 sons, 5 granddaughters, 3 grandsons, and a great-granddaughter.
Rantings of a Wandering Mind is the culmination of a life goal. As an introverted, lonely child, I took refuge in my imagination. I wrote adventures for my role playing games, many of which were never played because I couldn’t find people who didn’t want D&D.
In college I found some kindred souls, and that sparked my extended relationship with Call of Cthulhu and pulp adventure. After running a three year campaign that encompassed bits of nearly every published adventure, I branched out into other games and other genres. Along the way, I took extensive notes of each session.

Christians live every day with the notion of having to grow a closer relationship with God. Psalm 119:105 mentions, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” It means the Bible will guide you to where you should go. Once you decide to have a closer relationship with God, you gain many advantages, and the Bible plays a vital role in making it possible. You begin to see things from His perspective when you develop a meaningful connection with Him. It is a kind of relationship that, through continuous communication and faith, it grows stronger. God genuinely directs your development
There is nothing more powerful than an idea. Ideas created and now controlled a thought; when a thought is conceived, it is called a concept. Concepts are the material that dreams are made of and they serve as substance for living and interpreting life. Everything humans have made or invented was first preceded by an idea. As a matter of fact, inventions are often called one’s “brain – child.”
