From resume shortlisting to doing an initial phone screen using a machine, it all is under the purview of machine learning.
Customer Support: Yes, yes it is not the best service in the industry and we can very easily differ a machine from human but it is going to get tough and very soon indistinguishable. We need better chatbots!
