I believe if you hire an attorney, it is ok for the attorney to delegate non-legal, administrative matters to non-lawyer staff. This means that all health of their work won't have charge. Sometimes a crew gets into something they can't handle and end up getting reprimanded. Theo is really an exceptional guy but his undeserved past reputation is still with him. If an attorney does not follow your wishes, fire him/her.
